Thanksgiving Turkey Tournament

Referee Schedules

 

 

Team Formation:

Teams may be formed with players registered in the FALL Season and have played at least half the games. AYSO Plus, Select and All Star Teams are welcome to play in the tournament. Teams can have as many guest players up to the roster limits, with the approval of the Regional Commissioner of the guest player.
 

Maximum Team Size:
U-10 is 10 players (7 v 7)
U-12 is 15 players (9 v 9)
U-14 is 15 players (11 v 11)

Each team will be scheduled to play a minimum of three (3) games.
All players must be registered with AYSO FALL 2009-2010 SEASON.
 

Entry Fees:
U12 through U14 -- $400 U10 -- $350 Referee Deposit ALL Teams $250

In addition each team is required to make a performance deposit of $250 to ensure that each team’s set of three referees fulfill their assignments and each team shows up to all their games.


Send one regional check made payable to “AYSO REGION 56” with your application. Entry forms that are incomplete cannot be accepted. If the tournament is cancelled all the fees will be refunded.


Proceeds from tournament will be used to maintain and repair the region’s fields, parking lots and equipment.


Entry deadline is October 31, 2009. Teams will be accepted on a first come first accepted basis (per the rules) and some brackets may fill up prior to the deadline. Acceptance notifications will be sent by Nov 7, 2009 for teams completing their registration before the deadline.

Original “TURKEY TOURNAMENT” medals will be awarded to teams placing 1st through 4th place per division.
